BP says no more (or limited) claims for oil spill now; economy in Gulf "growing"

Many news outlets are reporting this morning that BP has said it will no longer pay damage claims for the colossal oil spill in the spring of 2010.  The region has recovered and the economy in the Gulf States is growing, the company said.

Actually, Reuters reports that British Petroleum just wants future claims "limited", here.

Did that CEO "get his life back"?
