"Occupy our Homes" holds "National Day of Action" today

Tonight, on CNN, Michael Moore discussed with Piers Morgan the “Occupy Our Homes” movement, which would move into foreclosed homes or assist homeowners or tenants, trying to block sheriffs from evicting them.

Moore said that the group can bring legal action showing that the banks, because of the derivatives based on mortgages placed in tranches, cannot prove that they own the particular homes being repossessed.
The group held its National Day of Action today Dec. 6, according to its site here.

The Piers Morgan link for today is here.

Morgan asked about the question of personal responsibility, for the 25% or so of homeowners who really knew they had been buying homes they couldn’t afford.
